Overview

The 2008 Roadrunner Adult camp is designed for teaching and reviewing all of the basic skills and concepts needed to improve the level of play of each individual.  Careful attention will be given in placing participants into appropriate groups where they will be trained based on experience and skill level.  The intent of the Roadrunner Adult camp is to help each player maximize his/her potential in a rewarding and challenging and fun environment.

Dates

Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th the from 8 a.m.—4 p.m. daily.

Registration/Cost

$100.00 per person.  Registration begins Saturday, July 26th at 7 a.m. and camp will begin immediately following.  Player should come dressed ready to train.  For further camp information, contact the Roadrunner Volleyball Office at 303-556-3832 or visit www.roadrunnervolleyball.net.

Staff

Metro State Head Coach Debbie Hendricks will lead the camp which will feature an 8:1 participant to coach ratio.  The 1997 AVCA National Coach of the Year, Hendricks has led the Roadrunners to eight consecutive NCAA tournament berths and has posted a 375-156 overall record in her 16 seasons of collegiate coaching.  Assistant coaches Lisa Axel and Gavin Markovits will assist in the camp along with Metro State volleyball players.

The Auraria Events Center

The Auraria Events Center is one of the region’s premier NCAA Division II athletic facilities.  It serves as the home for the Roadrunner athletic teams and the 2008 Roadrunner Adult Volleyball Camp.
